The service

Stashery is a save-it-for-later app: you save links, we store and organize them so you can find them again. By using Stashery — at stashery.app or through the browser extension — you agree to these terms.

Your account

You can use Stashery with an anonymous account or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your session and devices secure.

Acceptable use

Don't use Stashery to:

• Break the law or violate anyone's rights.
• Store or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attack, overload, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service.
• Misuse the service in a way that harms other users or third parties.

Your content

Your links are yours. You give us the limited right to store and process them — and to fetch the pages they point to — so we can run the service. The pages you save belong to their owners; saving a link doesn't give you (or us) any rights to that content.

Third-party sites

Your links point to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, their availability, or their policies.

Changes and availability

Stashery is a work in progress. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

Ending things

You can stop using Stashery at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

Stashery is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors or data loss — keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost data or lost profits — arising from your use of Stashery.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use Stashery after a change means you accept the new terms.
